All our products are of high quality, competitively priced and warranted for a minimum of 2 years. With a comprehensive product range and diverse in-house capability, Breezefree deliver a full circle service to the hospitality sector that is second to none in the UK.

Breezefree continually responds to market demands by expanding its product lines, services and scope of works to provide the most comprehensive 'one stop shop' for the hospitality industry in the UK. This has included SimpleScreens™, SailAwnings™, Smoking Rooms and Winter Maintenance programmes amongst others.

Background

Simon Cotton established Breezefree Ltd in March 2002, after 21/2 years of product development, market research and trialing of the SmartScreen™ cafe barriers. SmartScreens™ are now patent protected in the UK and other European countries and are the subject of further international patents pending. Design rights apply to other products including SmartScreens™ SimpleScreens™ and SailAwnings™

Simon Cotton: The founder's history

For 13 years Simon was a company director with national signage company Cotton Signs Ltd. During this time he designed and rolled out national front-of-house branding contracts for companies such as Halifax Property Services, Pizza Express, BUPA, Diahatsu, Chrysler and others.

In 1996, drawing on his signage experience and earlier contracts management and aluminium yacht building experience, he created Simon Cotton Solutions. SCS operated successfully as an exterior and interior design and build company, primarily serving bars and restaurants. SCS was nominated for awards in front-of-house design schemes and the operation evolved into the Breezefree brand, as it is known today.

Breezefree Price Pledge

We will match or beat the price of individual items in any UK alfresco solution. Our prices are highly competitive across the whole range of goods we supply. We believe that you will not find other suppliers selling the same product for less in the UK.

The not so small print

We regularly check the prices of competitor suppliers. If we find a competitor within the UK selling exactly the same product that is at a lower price to our standard price then we will reduce our price to match. Breezefree and our competitor must have the item in stock.

We match the ‘off-the-shelf price’ the competitors set, but not a specially negotiated price.

The goods must be offered on equivalent terms, so we take into account any hidden extras, such as delivery charges for items that would normally require delivery. We do not match prices with outlets that are not conventional suppliers such as membership clubs, market stalls, duty free shops, mail order catalogues or Internet suppliers. We do not match prices in closing down sales.

If you have purchased an item from us and then find the item selling for less from any UK supplier, we will refund the difference. A claim must be made within 28 days of the date on which the order or purchase is made. Such claims are met on the price-checking basis described above. If you place an order by phone from a catalogue or website, prices are correct at the time of going to press and are subject to increase or decrease without notice.

We are unable to verify the availability and comparability of the goods, or the standards of service and support that are offered by internet and mail order catalogue competitors.
